Error Message Singer One Plus Looks Like Spool Of Thread

Broke needle, took apart needle plate and bobbin case looking for tip. Re-assambled, put in bobbin and threaded machine. Now won't sew because error message. Error picture looks like a spool of thread. not in manual, what am I missing to fix this?
