8500q Singer Jammed And Bent Needle Stuck

Hi, my 8500Q machine jammed. The error message said C with a picture of the bobbin. I cleaned the hook area and feed dogs p.68 of manual. There was a lot of lint I removed. It still won't sew. The first attempt after putting it back together resulted in a jam and needle is bent and stuck down into the bobbin area. I cant lift the foot. The machine was bought new Dec 2014. I have used it regularly and this is the first problem I had. Cheryl

Hi. The sewing machine in question comes with 2 years parts and labour warranty. With that said, the best you can do is to contact support and it proves to require service one way or the other.
