New Machine Bottom Tensionproblem

Hello, New machine used 1 hour broke needle now bottom tension will not lift up or down. Replaced needle, cleaned bobbin area. Machine will not run properly now, ??? Plz Help

The bottom tension is taken up by the bobbin housing that fits snuggly under the foot runner ,If the cotton is wound onto the bobbing by the machine then the tension should be correct ,Make sure you have the bobbing in the housing the right way around.
