When Can I Get To Use My Phone?
I bought a plan last sunday 9/2/12 from an agent. Iwanted to use my old number 7742530338 and she told me it is going to take couple hours to activate, it's three days now the chip is still sleeping in the phone. I went to the dealer yesterday and she told I have to wait for T.mobile to release the number. This is very usual.

Hello,
The agent is actually correct. T-Mobile has to release the phone number. You can not force T-MOBILE to release the number however you can inform the Federal Communication Comission about this and they will see what they are legally aloud to do. The FCC states companies do not have to switch.
