How Do You Get Rid Of The Voice That Tells You What Is Happening On The Tv Scree

THe kids have a voice on the tv screen that is describing the scene, how do you get rid of it?

Hit the menu button on the TV or remote and look for closed captioning setting select off and this will return it back to normal.
