I Am Having A Problem Reading Data After Saving To The Sd Card.

Trying to download data from the SD Card to my computer, but the electronic journal records are not saving. Is there a secret not in the manuals? My reading says I should be able to see reports in excel, or download to QB pro, but neither are working as described in the manual.
