Xe A203 Question
Hi, my neighborhood restaurant is having an issue with the display and I'm an IT and I was tinkering with the device. Basically the issue creates confusion on the display with what the clerk is seeing in it. For example on the XE-A203 on the display screen you can see the following letters *RCPT/OFF *DC *SHIFT and *NUMBER. The problem is in the display section of *NUMBER she always gets a random number, so if I input 10.00 it would display something like 110.00. When she prints it stills says 10.00 but it's the number that creates the confusion. I do not want to factory reset the whole thing, is there like an option to disable the *NUMBER function on the register? Thanks
