I Forgot The Secret Code. How Do I Reset My Cash Register?? Help, I Cant Z Out.

You are probably in trouble. try programming the code again using all zeros then try logging in at REG mode with all zeros.
If that doesn't work, you will have to fully RAM clear the machine and lose all data. Remove one of the batteries, turn to REG mode, power off at wall for 10 minutes, then power on again. Replace battery. You will now have to completely re-program the machine.
