Search the PDF file for references for 'fuse' and there will be a numerous number of results which should point you to the problem area. Usually when a fuse blows depending on how the fuse looks will show what the fault is. A blackened fuse means a serious short but a broken fuse could point to just a simple failure causing an overload. There is a circuit diagram in the manual.
