I searched both service and user manuals and never was those words mentioned. I found when the audio amp has a failure the set will shut down and the LED indicators will blink (power will blink twice and OPC seven times)

There where many "Lamp Errors" mentioned. Not to say that there isn't many features not included in these manuals, just nothing I can find. I do suspect a speaker wire or audio output problem because it is called AMP. You haven't put it on a stand lately and possibly pinched a speaker wire internally? they run these wire along the bottom of the panel. And you should listen to both speakers to verify they are both working.
