Have A Sharp Aquas Lc-32le700un That Won't Turn On. Green Power Led Flashing.

one green blink is a back light error. This is an LED back lit LCD HDTV, and when it counts 5 errors the TV will shut down and only come back on when it's told to ignore the errors. Then by entering the service menu, then the errors can be cleared so it will turn on normally. To force it on to trouble shoot is to press and hold the [vol dn] and the [input] buttons o the TV when the AC is applied. If the problem is still present the TV will shut down again.
There is a power board that when fails will not allow any of the LEDs to light up, This board feeds three boards that controls 1/3 of the back lights (top, middle, and bottom) and then there is the panel itself.
The set should be taken to a technician for proper diagnosis.
