My Tv Troble Is No Light On The Screen With Power

Check the video cable coming into the TV. This cable will vary depending on how you have the TV connected -- it could be a yellow RCA cable, an S-video cable, and HDMI cable, a coax cable, etc. Check and reseat the cable and see if that makes a difference.
Try to use the TV with other devices and other ports, to see if you can narrow down the problem. For example, if there is an HDMI input that won't show the picture but the coax cable input works, then you know there is a problem with the HDMI port. Similarly, if the TV shows a picture from your cable box but not from your DVD player, then you can further narrow down the problem.
If you can't narrow down the problem, and no matter what you do there is no picture, you can contact Sharp for support if the TV is still under warranty.
