Sharp Air-con Cv-10mh Error

Airconditioner was shut down a few months ago. When attempting to restart, the unit operates for a minute or two then shuts down, with the front indicators flashing in sequence: Timer+Operation Timer Timer Timer+Operation Timer+Operation Unit has been completely drained, and has been disconnected from power for 30 minutes between attempts. What could this code indicate?

The drain pan is full if you tilt it up after removing the bottom drain it will pour water out. Just make sure you do this outside tilt the unit towards the drain plug to make sure all the water gets out.
