How Can I Get Service?

I cannot get a service appointment. Sears schedules and then cancels.I have been without a working overn for nearly 3 months.All I can get is an aujtomated response.

To reschedule a missed or cancel appointment Go to http://www.searshomeservices.com and select Order Lookup in the upper right corner of the page. Type in your service order number and phone number, or phone number and email address, and then select the Reshedule option to pick your desired date.

for heating and cooling repair call 1-800-504-1897 and they will be happy to help you with your appointment.
