Simplest solution is get yourself an old laptop/desktop which will run at least Windows XP and has a USB port available, this would also store multiple prints sent at the same time from more than one user. Set it up as a print server on the network with open access. There are lots of info which you can Google to help with setting up. Otherwise you need a wireless/wired print server but they often only allow access for printing to one user at a time.
