Why Do The Door Locks Keep Going Up And Down?
The door locks keep going up and down, and runs the battery down. Even when the key is not in the ignition, this keeps happening

If all of the door locks are doing this, the problem is with the driver's side window and door lock switch panel. The usual cause of this problem is leaving the driver's side window down and rain getting into the switch panel. The switch panel is not water resistant at all and will act up or short out if it gets wet.
The switch panel is not hard to replace. It has a screw to hold it in place and four receptacles that plug into it. You can get a new one from a Saturn dealer or a used one much cheaper on eBay.
I also read something interesting about this problem. A lot of Saturn owners who had window tinting installed ran into this problem. It was caused by the person installing the window tint using too much water when they applied the tint to the driver's side window. When they smooth out the tint with a squeegee and water, it drips into the switch panel and shorts it out.
