No Hot Water Samsung Wf337aal/xaa Washer

I have the hot water and cold water hoses attached and turned on to my Samsung WF337AAL/XAA WASHER. When I put the setting for wash on warm only cold water fills the washer. When I put it on hot nothing happens. How can I fix the problem.
