Drain Hose Replacement Wf331anr/xaa Samsung Washer Front Load
I have the washer partially disassembled. I am stuck on front face. The machine is on a pedestal. There are 2 screws at the bottom holding front red metal face on washer. You can Not get the screws off with the pedestal attached. I cant get it off pedestal. I released the clamps. I sprayed with a lub. With the help of a neighbor I leaned washer at angle against wall. pedestal sill attached... can Not get phillips screwdriver of any type to set into screw becasue the design has it off set while attached to pedestal, Do not want to strip screw ... How do I get the screws off... IF i can not remove it from pedestal. ??I can not even get the drawer out. I do not see a levver for this model drawer.
