So Many Problems

Our machine is just 2 months old and it is horrible. It is turning all our clothes gray, not just the whites. The only thing we can wash without fear are black, brown and navy clothes. I select cold water but never get cold water; only warm or hot. I tried using the bedding feature this morning and it said warm but the wash cycle was cold and the rinse was warm. All loads since then today have been in warm water...I can't get cold!!! Please help. At this point, I just want my money back and a new washing machine.
