Samsung Cellphone Hotspot Not Available
I just purchased my new device Model SM-S320VL thru TracFone.com and pay for an unlimited talk, unlimited texting and 10g plan from Safelink.com. I am trying to turn on the mobile hotspot very briefly to add books to my kindle fire via my public library and there's no option in the settings
