Wi-fi And Apps

the wi-fi on my phone won't connect, and in order tio see certain content ie: you tube it says it has to be connected, shows hot spots but won't connect, WHY? and where can I find apps that are compatible withy this phone?

If you using straight talk downloading apps is blocked on the phones.

Connecting to youtube clips is also blocked.

If your trying to access the internet using wifi in general you may need a network password to connect.
