How Do I Calibrate A Sgh-t528g Phone

Theres no calibration to the touchwiz touchscreen if thats what you mean. The virtual keyboard is kinda a weak point on those models because of how hard it is to hit the right keys. Use a stylis instead of your finger. (Tip you can use a AAA battery for a stylis, any battery will work but AAAs are thin enough to see around)

If you mean calibrating the phones antena or battery there are apps on google play for that but the phone must be rooted to use any of them because it means changing the system parameters. If you find a calibration app that doesnt require root be suspicious of what it really is because it cant calibrate with root user privilage. Also calibration and optimization are not the same thing. Optimizer apps are like janitors, doing basic clean up and dont need root.
