Paper Jam In Duplex Area
Hello I have a samsung multifunction scx6545N that everything works ok except that a few days stuck the paper in the duplex unit, if simple prints well, but doing a 2 faces are always there in the unit. sheets manually and pass out there to see what is not being blocked step and a good time. I suspect that either engine problem because if I turn by hand the band moves through the sheets. I just do not detect the display as the manual says if it had engine problem.
