I Have A Sch U 820 My Screen Is Locked Forgot Code How Do I Masterreset Or?

Here are the steps
1. dial #43574357*
2. You should be at a device info menu. Select system info.
3. Your password is the last 4 digits of your mobile device number (MDN).
