How Do I Hard Reset The Phone On The Open Security Screen?
I am not what you would say technical savey! I some how put in a passworfor the open screen settings when I was originally trying to add a new e-mail. I have no idea how I managed it but I did. Now I have a password on the opening page of the phone and cannot crack it! I have tried every password i have ever used and still nothing! I need to hard reset it to get in but dont know how!

Hi!
You can try the steps below..
To reset the handset follow the steps below:
- While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
- Select Settings (9)
- Select Phone Settings (5)
- Select Security (4)
- Enter the lock code, default password is the last 4 digits of cell phone number, unless it has been changed
- Select Reset Phone (5)
- Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm resetting the handset to the factory default settings
Note: After a few seconds the phone will power cycle. All settings (except Contacts) are reset to factory default settings
