Freezer Defrost Issue

Freezer maintains 0 degrees and about every 4 months goes into a defrost cycle that will defrost all the food, lasts about a day then freezer restarts and work again for 4 to 5 months.Compressor is working great , replaced the compressor fan fridge side wrks great had a service tech come out and he found nothing wrong this is the third time it has happend.

Try this solution:

For dispenser models, press Freezer (top left) and Lighting (middle right) buttons simultaneously for about 8 seconds, until the display goes blank. Then, press any other button until "Fd" appears. After complete you MUST disconnect from power to reset!
