Samsung Refigerator Quit Working

samsung refrigerator model RF263AEBP/XAA , 4 years old, does not cool or freeze, panel lights for freezer =78,frige=80,fan motor runs.can you tell me whats going on. tried resetting temperatures ,goes back mto 78 & 80 , unplugged frige , nothing changes . Ken
