Whn Tirn On Tv No Picture ,no Sound I Chech The Capacitors Are Ok

From the information you gave, it would be hard to determinewhat section of your TV is failing. The different possibilities are the "power supply", "main", "inverter", "T-con" and the "LCD panel".
First of all you need to determine what your TV is doing. Is it actually coming on and working with the only problem being the back lights are failing to illuminate? If this is the case then you can prove this by shining a flashlight through the holes in the back of the panel and see the video on the screen and you will have audio/sound and you can turn it off and the LED indicators will glow normally (not blinking). If you can prove this is the situation then your problem is likely the "inverter" board, part number BN81-01796A.
If your TV is not doing this, then you should post another question with what exactly it is doing, and include that you have determined the capacitors are not swollen and you never see any back-light come on.
