Samsung Lns4041dx Xaa Tv Won't Come On

WHEN I TURN ON MY TV IT WOULD CLICK AND WOULD NOT TURN ON. SO I REPLACED THE POWER BOARD AND THE TV STILL CLICKS AND DON'T TURN ON. WHAT SOULD I DO NEXT ?

I'm not sure if you are giving all the symptoms or not. for instance; normally when you turn on a set there is a click of the power relay on the power supply, the front power LED indicator begins blinking and a "chime" is heard from the speakers while the set is starting up. Then the back-lights start to glow behind the LCD screen, the indicator glows a steady red and then the picture and sound occurs. finally when you press the power button once more the set start up the shut off procedure which involves the picture and sound goes away, the indicator blinks again and the turn off "chime" is heard again and finally the indicator turns off. a majority of these functions are controlled by the "main" board, and would be the most obvious next step. There are only a couple other boards in this set, but the Infrared Receiver board could cause the remote not to work, the T-Con could stop the picture from appearing (the set will have sound and will have a slight glow on the screen and the set will turn off), and the inverter board will not light up the florescent lamps so the picture will be black with audio and will turn off normally.

Important thing I use in trying to identify the faulty stage is what the LED indicator and whether the chime is heard or not. I have seen a lot of bad main modules that would appear to turn on, but never chime and would not turn off.
