Plastic Ear Piece.

I have gone through 2 of these plastic earpieces since Christmas a feature of the Bluetooth I am not happy with. How can I get more? Verizon store does not carry them and I do not want to purchase a new Bluetooth since I just purchased a few months ago.Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Dominick Tufano
