Help With Samsung Wep490 Bluetooth

I recently dropped my Samsung WEP490 in a small amount of water and I called myself letting it dry, but now after about 1 week when I plug in my phone in order for it to charge, my bluetooth flashes a red light constantly.  I am trying to find out how to stop the light from flashing or is the bluetooth dead?
