Are Ryobi generators any good?
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy on fuel. The generator is very easy on gas. Ran it for four days on auto idle non-stop other than to change the oil and used just over 6 gallons of fuel. Total load was about 50% rated load.

What type of oil do you use in a Ryobi generator?
After the first 20 hours of operation, you need to change the engine oil and you can change the oil engine every 6 months or after 100 hours of operation. You should use SAE 10W-30 4-stroke motor oil. You need to use a long funnel to add the oil easily and to avoid spillage.
