Lawn Mower Stopped While Mowing And Wouldn't Start After That.

Ryobi 48 Volt, Self Propelled lawn mower, that I have had for about 4 months, was using it for the 3rd time, it is fully charged, it mowed half of my lawn and then stopped while pushing on the lawn. It has not started since. Any suggestion would be helpful. The Service Center is asking to leave it with them for over 3 weeks and no help over the phone.

I had the exact same problem.  Remove the battery, and take the top plastic part of the mower off (there are six black screws holding it down).  When you lift off the cover, you will see where there should be wires connected to two terminals on the motor.  One of mine had bedome disconneted and was just floating in the air. I simply put it back on (after squeezing the connector with some pliers to make sure it was on tight this time), replaced the cover, and it fired right back up.
