Trouble Nailing

I have the ryobi airstrike nail gun. When i go to shot a nail it sends 2-3 nails at a time. Wanting to see if i missed an adjustment

If you take a look at the user guide there is an option in the mode selector for changing the operation. In the item description it mentions:

The mode selector lets the operator choose between Single Sequential Actuation for precise nail placement and Contact Actuation for higher productivity. This maybe your problem.
