My P320 Just Flashes When I Put A Battery In

my p320 just flash when you put a fully charged battery in

- Tool stops and LED's flash rapidly.

* Tool is hot and needs to cool down.

* Battery needs charging, or replacing.

- Tool has charged battery and LED's are slowly flashing, or they don't turn off after 10seconds of non-use.

* Tool has malfunctioned, take tool to nearest repair center.
