Rocketfish Rf-phd35 Won't Power On
After installing the hard drive, i mounted back the enclosure. I plugge in the power sord and flipped the switch at the back of the unit, no light came on nor was there any indication that the unit was getting power. i replugged the unit into another outlet, no power.

Are you still within the 1-year manufacturer's warranty? If so, I would recommend bringing it, as well as your purchase receipt, back to the place of purchase to pursue warranty replacement options.
If you don't have the receipt, the store should still be able to look up your purchase information using your contact details.
Alternatively, if you have problems in the store, then call the Rocketfish Support team at 1-800-620-2790 between 8am-9pm CST, so they can troubleshoot this with you.
