Hey there, hrabb ...

Sorry to hear your new saw is giving you issues...
Looks like a great saw ! A good table saw is fantastic to have.
You say it was used only once.. and it won't run again?? ... quite unusual.

Ok .. 1st, I checked the manuals the Owl has listed and neither mentions an inline/installed circuit breaker.

So then .. did you check is the breaker box, to see if the breaker that feeds the outlet that's feeding the saw was tripped.?
If so, 'nuff said. ..... I have to believe, though, if your using a table saw (or any power tools) and all of a sudden it doesn't work, ..
I'd think you'd know to check the breaker. So, I'm going to assume you did, and also assume that it was good.
Ok then, moving on...

From my research, I find there is no circuit switch installed in that unit, to reset.
(I found that unusual...)
What I found was the likely culprit is, the Flap-Switch (power switch).
But now, on a brand new unit ??

If you just purchased the saw, and this was the first use of it, that's not very nice.
It should be under warranty, so it's worth the ride back to where it was purchased.

The only other thing it could be is the switch.. I'd find it hard to believe that it was motor.

Here's the link to the manual that I found. And a link to changing the switch as well..
It's not hard to change, but listen closely to the guy in the video.

Good luck
