Hi, how to fix a jamming problem depends on where the paper is jamming and what's causing it. However, here are some general tips for fixing paper jamming problems:
- Make sure the paper is stacked correctly, not bent at all, and fanned out to reduce static
- Make sure the paper end fences are flush against the paper, but not too tight to prevent the paper from lifting or feeding
- Clean the feed rollers
- Clean the sensors
- Be sure you are selecting the correct size paper
