Ricoh Aficio Mp W3601 Scanner Problem
I have bought i Ricoh Aficio MP W3601 the machine works normally print, copier, only the scanner dosnt work i have installed twain downloaded from ricoh web site . when i go to settings Scanner features the machine only beep twice in the scanned features everythink is locked i can not view nothing only beeps. or when i type scanner in from machine shows me "No HDD is aveilable for this function or file format converter is not connected" thanks for the time.

If it's showing that you don't have a hard drive installed, the hard drive may be failing. You should probably have a service technician come out to try and reformat it -- that should take care of the problem, or if not it may need to be replaced.
