When that functional problem message appears, it is followed by a code, such as SC 670, that will help to determine what the problem is. The next time this message appears, write down the code so we can help you troubleshoot the problem.
Often, a functional problem is just a temporary hiccup, and you can fix it by turning the machine off and back on. If the error message doesn't come back, the problem may have corrected itself.
