Part Needed For Rheem Modal P M266a-en-c

I have a leak in the part shown at page 50 of the manual. Not sure if I need all of the part accessories. I can provide pictures. Can you give me guidance as to where I can acquire the part. This is a gas digital heater. I believe the part is called: Polymer In/out Header. Thank you.
