Bad Movie

i rented 2 movies from redbox and could not watch them they kept skipping and not reading on machine so what about the cost of these movies would like to rent more from redbox would like to have the two movies added back to my account ty june patton

Call customer service and tell them they will give you free dvd rental codes for your next rentals. DVDONME is also a promo code you can use for a free rental at any redbox valid everytime you use a different credit card to rent a dvd!!
