Movie I Rented Is Badly Scratched - Can't Watch Or Listen. How Do I Get Credit?

When a DVD or CD is badly scratched for some reasons, you can only do a trial and error remedies with that CD or DVD media. You can wash the media with an alcohol or any volatile substance and wipe it with a clean and smooth fibered cloth, then try it again if it would work.
