Dear Sir & Madam, I have purchased an item (Picnic Kit) on 13/12/2012 and the cost (RM194) has been charged into my credit card. The problem now is I have not receive the item till today. I have sent an email to to highlight my problem but there is no response till from them yet. Please help! Thank you and best regards, Asrina Nayan
