Webpages Don't Hold, Can Search, 45 Minute No Success, Phone Message System None
Wasting my time TRYING TO get page during vacation search to open and stick. MULTIPLE TRIES use to dance through search...new pages not user friendly. Attempted weeks ago and today still the same...phone assistance is a joke as well...all you do is listen to commands to be redirected to be on hold POOR service while you listen to LOUD MUSIC. People are only trained to answer one question why else are there so many different directed categories. HELP all I want to do is book a vacation. Not spend my day with blank RCI pages waiting to open...what did you folks do?
