Why I Can't See The Divice Files That I Recordered In The Voice Recorfer Vr5340

WHEN I PLUGED IN MY COMPUTER THE SOFWARE OPENS BUT DO NOT APEARS THE DEVICE FILES SECTION THAT SHOWS WHAT I RECORDERED
