Why wont my portable DVD player hold a charge?

A2A: It is most likely the battery or some other internal fault. If the battery replaceable, you can try replacing it. But first, check the power adapter with a voltmeter. If it's anything else, it is probably not worth trying to get it fixed.

How do you know if your portable DVD player is charging?

The power switch must be in the OFF position to charge the battery. The Red light will indicate that the battery is charging. When the DVD player is fully charged the light will turn to yellow.
