My 2 Year Old M61wh74s Does Not Show Any Image, And Does Not Permit The Tv To O

The tv will power up, (blue power light showing) Click a few times, power off, and repet this cycle 4-5 times. then will power on, with out showing any picture, and not permit me to power off the tv. I have to pull the power cord.
