Computer Will Not Detect Rca Th2002rdr-a

Look at your computer's taskbar (next to where it displays the time). Is the RCA Detective icon there?
If it is there.
- Right-click on the RCA Detective icon in the taskbar.
- Click on the RCA EasyRip icon to launch the RCA EasyRip Module Dock No, the RCA Detective icon is NOT in my computer's taskbar:
- Click on 'Start' and select 'All Programs.'
- Select 'RCA Detective,' then click on the 'RCA Detective' displayed with the icon.
- Right-click on the RCA Detective icon in the taskbar.
