Sound Goes Out Unexpectedly
I purchaced this surround sound unit on line thru Walmart. It was installed in January 2011. It also came with the 37" flat tv.
The sound goes off at different times. I had called the company last week on this problem, and they told me it was not a problem with the unit. I believe it is, and am not satisfied with that poor answer. The moel # is, RTD317W. Please let me know what can be done to rectify this annoying problem.
